Confidentiality and Patient Information

All members of the Practice and Primary Care Teams work within very strict guidelines relating to patient confidentiality.

Information about all patient care is stored in paper and computer records.  At all times measures are taken to ensure the security of this information.

The Practice is registered under the Data Protection Act and also operates in recognition of other legislation with regard to information sharing, storing and access to all patient and other data and information held by the Practice including the Freedom of Information Act.
